The 2004 Pinot, a combination of Dijon Clones and 114
and Pommard vines yielded 170 cases of wine aged in 100% French
Oak Burgundy barrels, with a nose - vibrant raspberry and
blackberry fruit, creamy vanilla, brown sugar, toasty, hints of
cocoanut, airs of plums, red cherry, and classic Pinot noir
nose. The palate on this wine was a velvety smooth entry
to crisp mid-palate, offering excellent balance of acid ,
integrated oak and mouth-filing texture, airs in glass to "jammy" blackberry and cranberry fruit, slight Asian spices,
elegant and stylish long finish of nut meats and French oak
nuances, this young wine continues to improve on
airing.

We produced over 400 cases. This deep red wine had
a lush concentrated entry, with full broad favors of ripe
strawberry/raspberry fruit, structured acidity, round and mouth filling.
It had tangy cranberry tailings leading to a long warm finish that
tapered very slowly.
